Nightmare Company

My purchase from Aramex Global Shopper has been the worst shopping experience of my life. My parcel was ****** and i had to complete forms to claim refund. I have been waiting 2 months for this payout, even though i have been told that the claim has been approved. No one gets back to me. No answer to my emails, no answer to my phone messages. Never deal with any of them again !!!!!
