Nice to deal with competent staff

After having a standing agreement with Aramex couriers for a couple of years, the lady we deal with went on maternity leave and since then it's been a bit of a struggle. I realised we took her absolute expertise and ability to do her job for granted. She is professional, competent and really a pleasure to deal with. Welcome back Inge :-)
