Never want to use them again

They shouldn't get any stars. Worse company to use for courier/International shipping. Bought goods from a broad the company said 7 to 15 days delivery. Aramex decides to extend it to over 20days. They don't reply to emails and when they off line they won't take the customers details down to return calls. I have to call back guessing when they will be online again. I must let the manufacture know I don't want to use them again.
