Never use Aramex couriers

Audi dealership sent my license disc through aramex on monday already and it was due to be by me on Tuesday bit they never delivered on Wednesday they came to my workplace and i wasn't at work the guy phoned me to tell me he's there so i told him that i will get someone on my behalf, so the guy said okay he is waiting when the person i sent went out there was no one when i called the number he phoned me with the office advised the guy has left and will turn back but the guy never turned back when i try contacting aramex i battle no one can help me I've dealt with different courier companies and aramex is by far the worst.
