Never use aramex!!

I have had the worst experiance with aramex. i will never use their services again unfortuantely i was forced to use aramex since i ordered from Shein and they pick the courier serivce for you. i guess that means i will not order from shein again!! i was told my address is wrong thats why my parcel was not delivered after i called. no body contacted me to ask for the right address. that address they have is even correct i dont know if they have lazy drivers or what!! iI need that parcel because its urget and they dont give a damn!! im still waiting for that parcel today....This is bull****!!
