NEVER USE ARAMEX

I honestly don't even know where to start, so I'll just give a short version. I ordered a Cellphone in-car Dash Mount off of Amazon on the 27th of February. 10 Days later (and with absolutely no communication from this excuse for a company), I noticed that the parcel was sent back. I tried getting more info, yet was told by Aramex it's because of the fact that it's an "unacceptable commodity". Nice. I contacted Amazon, they told me to speak to Aramex and so it has been going on. I got hold of this pathetic company on their Twitter and again was told that it's due to it being an unacceptable commodity like a battery. ***. My parcel doesn't even have a battery in. And they are now basically saying that you cannot import anything with a battery. Sorry/Notsorry. Idiots! Oh, and they cannot tell me why it was sent back for sure because they don't have it with them anymore. They also don't seem to have systems in place to keep a record of these things. Is it Aramex as a whole that is this *********** or are we just lucky in South Africa? The point being that Aramex is the single worst shipping company in existance. I guess this little learning curve saved me from using them as my corporate shipping carrier going forward. That and judging by all the 1 star reviews about them. Nice Aramex. Nice.
