Never Received My Parcel Or Repy

Hi

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes and was collected on the 16.03.2020. it was for over night delivery. I tracked the parcel and was only 2 find out that the truck has been robed. They never contacted me or the sender. I had to phone them and to no luck finding out what is going to happen now. The send my call to thru to a manager but the were busy. I never received a phone call from them. I had waited so long for the shoes. my tracking number was BDP***.
