Never received my parcel!

I’ve never been so disappointed and angry at a logistics company. Aramax SA has been one of the most unreliable and unapologetic courier company’s.

On the 30th of November 2020, I sent out a parcel from Durban to Johannesburg. The parcel was supposed to be transported over night but the receiver is yet to receive it till today. This was a business transaction mind you. I was then forced to refund my client and run at a loss.

I am yet to be informed about my parcel because whenever I call in and give out my tracking number they always tell me they’ll get back to me. Aramax consultants are lazy and ***********!!. I’d strongly advise businesses not to use this this couriering company because clearly I was ****med!
