Never Ever use AGS to bring in from the UK

I must first add that this is an ARAMEX GLOBAL SHOPPER service review. 26 emails 14 different documents uploaded and still i don't have my goods. I am going round in circles I have phoned 4 times, sent countless email responses and copies of documents from Marks and Spencers UK. This has been the most frustrating on line transactions I have ever encountered. One parcel was sent from M and S UK to Aramax UK they chose to split it `i only have one order confirmation and AGS just don't get it. I have left messages for the person in charge in AGS SA to call me but still no goods !!!! Never again.
