Negligence by Aramax

I have mailed a Parcel on the 28th of Dec 2020 from Durban to Pretoria worth R400 and uptil today my customer has not received her parcel and nor has aramax contacted either of us. What kind of company does this???? I am very angry for my costumer needed the parcel on the 1st of January 2021. They contacted her and said they will be delivering and they did not. I want to be compensated for the loss that I and my customer has endured.
