Negligence and non delivery

I sent a parcel out using the Aramex courier service at Pick and Pay with the firm belief that Aramex was a reputable company of high standing but they seem hell bent on shifting my faith in them.

In the process of delivery, Aramex has managed to completely destroy my parcel, so much so that it is hard to comprehend it being a mere innocent mistake.

Ever since they contacted me to inform me of my parcel being destroyed I have been trying to get some answers of what is really starting to look like a cover up of gross negligence on their side.

I have been trying to deal with Thozama Madikane and Patrick Masungwini but they have since been trying to sweep the issue under the rug and have taken an ostrich approach to the situation by completely ignoring me and hopping that the situation will disappear or be resolved by itself.

As I have clearly stated to both of you via phone and email, I will not let this rest until I have some answers.

It is my sincere hope that this complaint will now be treated a bit more seriously before I start shouting from every social media platform available to me.

You have my email and contact number, please start showing some customer care.
