Needs faster delivery

I ordered one thing from Sheek hair , my order is 3 yards tape for extensions. When i placed my order they said that it would take 1-3 days for the delivery. My order was put through on the 24th of May. Today it is 29 May and i am still waiting for my parcel. When i track order it says it is shipped but not collected. This is my first time waiting for a parcel so long , especially when the company is in my city. Im really upset because what is the reason for it taking so long , no updates just shows it is shipped but here i am still waiting. Please make your deliveries faster. Thank you.
