My phone screen LCD parcel is broken before receiving it

Good day i have make a purchased online from the shop at cape town for screen lcd Screen for Samsung Galaxy S10 plus however , after i have received my parcel yesterday i found out that my screen is broken ,it seems like the box has fallen down . My parcel number DBP***...i contact the company that i bought the screen from he said that he has specify on the parcel that the is screen the must handle it with care , i have call the customer care no assistance they take me post to post , i wont consider any person to use the company
