My parcel was delivered to the wrong address

Along with this, I had made sure to update my address timeously. your website has stopped working, and Nomvuyo Shiba and Chumeka are telling me I did not inform of my shipment on the way, even though the update was done 8 days ago, while i had my parcel in transit. my parcel has been delivered to the wrong place, and it is totally unacceptable.
