My parcel is 4 days late and now missing

I posted a Nuc computer to the value of R2700 on Monday 11 Oct 2021 and was told it was delivered on Wednesday, but no one was home so the item was returned the Aramex storage. Now the Aramex call centre is saying they cant find the package. I suspect that it might have been ******. The call centre keeps giving me different variations of what happened and delay tactics. Tracking no: DBP*** (ndppa***9). My customer is also contacting me regarding this daily, as the product was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday.
