My parcel disappeared

I used Aramex 10 days ago to sent a parcel. My client still haven't received it, theres no trace of it. Absolutely f PATHETIC. No help whatsoever from call centre, they um and uh like illiterate *****s. FIX THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!!
