My package is being returned to China !

Hi I’m waiting for package from Shein to South Africa that is out for delivery. The app sent me a message notifying that an attempt at delivery failed due to my information not being sufficient but it was all there and that my package could be sent back to China if I don’t collect it but I don’t live near to an Aramax center. Now my package is in Sandton ready to be sent back to China.

So I’m quite lost right now because no one contacted me today saying that my package is out.
