As a business owner I don't recommend using Aramex.

Drivers don't contact recipients and just alow anyone to sign for the parcel. Having the person who's parcel it is hunting and running around to get assistance. This is unacceptable service delivery on aramex side. Surely you should have security of parcels procedures in place.
