Waybill no *** Can‘t believe the bad service from both Hong Kong ( Maggie/Man ) and Guy‘s please use DHL. Our consignee was contacted 3 weeks ago for his e-mail address for docs. Never received any email. I called JHB from China and the guy refused to give me his name and after one hour I was disconnected. Now the package with zero value is still in customs with late delivery penalties due to late approvals of our container shipments for essential services. The Hong Kong office is just as useless. We tried using them a few times but every time we seem to have the same issues. All our buyers have moved away from them due to the exact same experiences. USELESS!
