Most useless custom clearance ever!!!!

This is the most useless service I've received from any courier service ever. I ordered my wedding dress from overseas and It's been at Aramex from the 14th of March 2025. Up until this day I only received 2 emails from them and it takes 2 to 4 days for them to respond and then still don't help me at all. When I called now Lebogang was not in the office and already left work 15:56pm???? The frontdesk lady is very helpful but Lebogang doesn't help in any way and try to make it as difficult as possible for me. Please start striving to be better cause you are part of the problem of this country.
