Most Unreliable Courrier Company

I have dropped a package for delivery on 24 December and stated clearly on the package that they should call the receiver for collection as soon as it arrives in Kroonstad but today it’s the 30th of December and my package is in Welkom, for what good reason? I don’t know, no one is even calling to notify us of any delay taking place. I have even ordered it back to me so that I can deliver it myself to the receiver. I will never recommend this company and their services to anyone and Pick n’ Pay must distance itself from this entity to protect their reputation!
