Phone 5 times for assistance, 5th person managed to assist me and request to expedite the delivery. received a mail of her request. Next department, bluntly ignored it. Parcel needed urgently, requested to collect at their facility, was also denied. Phoned again, got passed on to next operator 4 times before I hung up. Will mention this to Amazon as well.
