MOST DISAPPOINTING DISSERVICE EVER

My parcel have been with them for over a week, they keep sending emails saying my parcel is undeliverable despite the fact that I have called them twice to verify my address..... they have my details including my cell number but never have they called i must be the one chasing after them.....and still they send you from pillar to post, this company is too disorganized.. i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
