Mistakenly paid a package, that was already paid.

I mistakenly payed a package that was already delivered. I have been enquiring with them on how I can get my money back, but nothing it’s happening. Each time I call them they always says their busy with my issue but nothing is happening. USE ARAMEX AT YOUR OWN RISK.
