Missing/Lost parcel

Worse service ever!!!!

On the 01/12/2022 I dropped off my parcel at aramex dropping station in Mthatha Checkers, it was meant to be delivered to Johannesburg. Today is the 29/12 and my parcel has not been located. All I get are empty promises of “looking into this matter”. I’ve sent all the proof I can send to you guys. This service is appalling!!!
