missing shipment

after over a month of delay of an express shipment, I recieved it missing one box, they said they are checking cameras to see where its lost, I'm not sure if its left there or it was ******, has anyone experienced a ****** shipment or was it delivered at the end. what should be done in such case. I cannot afford to lose this box.
