Missing Shipment

After waiting for two months for my shipment i call aramex for a follow up the lady called Cythia Malope told me that my shipment is missing and i must ask the suppier for the replacement or refund till today they have not refund me with customs money and the money that they requested for inspection. Aramex owes me R1030 and iPhone 8. they do not communicate i am the one who must send emails phone and ask about the progress of getting my phone and my money
