Missing Scrub

I ordered 2jars of scrub they delivered sneakers instead. They came to collect the sneakers after I told them about the error but two weeks later no communication regarding my scrub. The service is disgusting really the driver is worse comes with friends playing load music and signs for parcels. I paid for products and Aramex to deliver but they didn't deliver up to this day no one bothered to explain
