Missing parcel and they will not pay for it

I bought my aunt a phone as a gift for her birthday. Following day I posted the phone making use of Aramex that's in Port Elizabeth Baywest 12 September 2020. We keep track of the item and see that it has reached its destination which was Durban and after seeing that my aunt calls the Durban offices and they tell her that the item will be delivered on the day no later than 5 pm. The following day the item is still not delivered so my aunt decides to go to their offices to collect the item herself and now she's told that they cannot find the item. A week/2 later someone from their offices calls me letting me know that the item I sent is "missing". Fast forward today I call Aramex today asking them what happened to the claim and I'm told that they will not be paying for it kodwa they are the ones that let their staff ***** my parcels and claim not to be responsible for it. All in all no. 13 of your Conditions that states "content declaration must be specific, accurate and declared in full" is sothat your staff members can know what exactly is in the package for them to decide whether they want to take it or not otherwise one of your conditions could've just been "disguise the contents inside your parcels to avoid possible theft temptation from our staff members" . I am disgusted with your services, incompetence, idc attitude towards people's goods and their lack of communication infact anything to do with Aramex. Now I am Ieft to pay for a phone that was only switched on for one day and airtime that I wasted because I have to run after their back for the response of my claim.
