Missing Parcel and Horrible Service

I dropped my package off at PnP BP garage on the R55 in Midrand on Monday, but there has been no tracking update. I have spoken to so many agents with no luck, they cant find my waybill. I did sent all the information I have (drop address, proof of waybill) I tried calling the customer care but the lady just said they will call me- not sure how cause she didnt even ask for my waybill number.
