Missing items

Yesterday I received the call at around 15:40 from Aramax courier guy and asked for my directions and he said he was coming,He only came at around 18:40 . The package was torn and before I asked he said it got torn when they were removing it at the back., and there was only 1 bottle inside, a100ml bottle of lotion. And according to the package it was supposed to be 2 bottles and 1 bar soap. Which is supposed to weigh 2.40 Kg . So the bar soap and 1 bottle is missing.
