Missing delivery from Shein

These guys have been seating with my order from Shein for a week now and on the website it keeps on saying rescheduled for the next day which was supposed to be 26 June. Tried communicating on the live chat on their website and was left hanging 3times, i still dont know when i will receive my order, this is frustrating, i need someone to call me and notify me when to expect my delivery.
