Misplaced/****** phone

On 6th May 2020, I went into Pick 'n Pay Parklands to access Aramex dropbox in order to post a cellphone to my Dad and a tablet to my Mom. A day or so later, my mom received her tablet, by my dad did not receive his Sony Xperia phone. I then followed up with Cape Town Aramex to find out what the problem was. It turned out the cellphone was not delivered to my dad. When I asked, speaking to someone named 'Jade' at the Sandton Aramex, I was told that the phone was not delivered due to lockdown restrictions. So the people at Aramex **** to me and said cellphones are not essentials. I kept phoning both Sandton and Cape Town offices at Aramex, and I would keep getting different stories about why the phone was not delivered. The last time I spoke to the Joburg/Sandton office, I was told that the phone would be delivered between Wednesday (20/05/2020) and Thursday (21/05/2020). This was after the Sandton office claimed that I gave them the wrong delivery address, which was not even the case ncessarily. I then received a call from the Cape Town office where the lady told me that an investigation has been raised regarding the cellphone. Now. I suspect that the phone has been ****** because when I requested the depot address so I could send my father to go get the phone I sent him, they refused to offer the address. The company is Aramex, and their email address is www.aramex.co. The phone at issue here is the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, a beautiful golden phone. The tracking number of the phone is DBP***. The supposed head of the Aramex company is Andy Van Der Velder, or something to that effect. I spoke to a lot of people, none of which helped, frankly. Some of these are Rochelle Durasami, Jade, something like 'Theo', and many others. So we called them again today and we were given same old story and the lady hung up on us. The office numbers I used to phone thesea guys are *** and ***.
