Mess!
What a mess of a situation. I had a parcel shipped yesterday morning with Aramex overnight express. The parcel was shipped with another one however my one is not even on the database which is so strange as apparently the driver picks up daily. The parcel is needed for a photo shoot tomorrow morning and still has to be washed before it’s worn as it is a baby clothing item. There goes my photo shoot and the money I’ve paid for it. Aramex has no idea where the parcel is or how to even give me feedback.

22 Oct 2020, 17:19Kim who has now stopped replying seems to have made some progress as when I called and spoke to a very helpful Desmond, he is now able to see the parcel on the tracking system
