I feel like they ****ming sending emails about a parcel that i bought and they say the shop i bought it at under declared now they say i must be fined wherelse the invoice submitted to them by the person who sent the goods to them clearly say "They declare the information in their invoice as true and correct" now if the info on the invoice is not true how then is it a customers problem.
