What a terrible company with no shame. They lost my parcel on the 23rd of December 2024 and since than they required some documents and sent me a claim form and promised to payout. I have been on back to back emails and calls since but they never paid and they ignoring my mails and dropping my calls everytime after giving them my case reference no. This is pathetic
