Medical Supplies Parcel Lost

15th of August ordered Medical Supplies for overnight delivery to our pharmacy from Johannesburg to Stilbaai. 4 days and many phone calls later no answer as to where is parcel. They did not even call back to give updates. Weekend passes and still no sign of parcel. Today 23rd of August they informed us that parcel is lost and they don't know where it is. We had to drive to Mosselbay Hospital for emergency supply. So they ordered an emergency replacement shipment via airfright and promised to deliver at 17h30 today, 23rd of August. It isnnow 18h30. Still no sign of the parcel. Worst service ever. In this case it was emergency Medical Supplies and no one seems to take it seriously at Aramex.
