Employees stole my package and claim the vehicle carrying the package was hijacked . This is confirmed only after 2 weeks of back and forth conversations with WhatsApp based agents , 1. No feedback nor apology was ever sent to inform the sender nor the recipient of the package having being “lost in transit “ , shipping details just state it’s at a facility in PTA , secondly when you do reach out agents are giving generic answers and no solutions, lastly THE ITEM IN THE PACKAGE WAS EXTREMELY VALUABLE AND EXPENSIVE ! I am in disbelief of how I could get conned by such a big and reputable company! So basically, you send your shipment and never get to hear anything again ! Make that make sense !? I am fuming and overall disgusted by the lack of service and hoarding a bunch of ******* who know very well they’ll get away with this because of procedural negligence! I’m in utter disbelief, my thousands down the drain , literally! The best part is that there’s no proof of the alleged hijacking , all I now have is a useless tracking number DBW***
