Mail delivered to incorrect address

I have been struggling with aramex delivery for a whole week now. They have delivered what was supposed to be delivered to my address to a incorrect address over 5km away from my address. I have been calling them non stop and no one is willing to assist me in retrieving my parcel. I have time and again told them how important the document is, to zero assistance. I'm hoping I'll be able tp find help here.
