*********** lying staff, lost parcel

They actually deserve zero stars with their *********** and lying staff. I dropped of a parcel on 27th March 2024 it's 5 April and the parcel is still not delivered. When tracked it says it's been picked up. I called for 48 hours trying to find out what's happening. The first agent told me it was a ghost waybill I must edit and update. I did that. She told me the issue has been escalated I called in more than 8 times kept getting this girl and she assured me she's escalated the issue. A day later after calling 3 times that day I get a different person island she tells me there's no parcel I didn't drop it off. Firstly why the **** would I keep calling if I didn't make the drop off and why is their website telling me it's picked up???? Now I'm told to go ask for footage and all that **** while the customer that bought from me is waiting for their order. NEVER AGAIN.
