Lying drivers and no accountability

This is my second experience receiving something sent to me via Aramex. Both times your drivers have said that they could not reach me so they could not deliver. Is it standard procedure for your drivers to lie? Why is integrity at a concerning low for Aramex? Knock off time is knock off time but don’t lie and say you tried to call me and I was unreachable. These claims need to be investigated at Aramex because the drivers are certainly putting the company in disrepute by slandering customers.
