Lying about delivery of packages.... AGAIN Tracking number ***

Same problem that I experience evry time that I buy from Amazon. They update the Tracnking of my package to " Your package is undergoing customs clearing process and will arrive later than expected.".. It is a blatant lie, as I have proven many times before. Cutoms does not delay any clearence. Aramex uses this excuse time and time again.. It is a blatant lie, and they are misleading clients. Customs clears all packages the same day it is presented to them by Aramex... I have been impoting for years now, and my wife works for Customs... Stop lying and deliver my package,,
