Lying about attempted delivery

I was waiting on a delivery from them. Got a notification from app Attempted delivery - customer not available. I was home, looked on camera's that shows nobody was at gate at that time. I asked the people that was outside at that time and they also said that nobody was there. Did not even receive a call at least to say they are at gate. Guess they are lying otherwise I would have seen them on camera!
