Lying about an attempt of delivery

After ordering something online the seller got in contact with me saying that Aramex has attempted to deliver the parcel twice already and the third time they will return the goods. After looking at the history it states that they tried ONLY once to deliver the parcel on Thursday and that I was not home. This is a lie I was home all day so that I could receive this parcel. Not only that if they had been there they would have left a notice In the mail box and there was none.
