losted parcel and no feedback, delivered to the wrong person!!!!

my shipment from Zara was delivered to the wrong person on the weekend and I was calling aramex they said they will get back to me but no one contacted me , I had to keep calling and waiting on the phone

how can you deliver to someone thats not even the same name on the delivery address , that person has signed and took the parcel

so ridiculous
