Lost shipment

Aramex South Africa is the worst my parcel was shipped on the 6th of July and till today it been over 4 weeks now and I have not received my parcel, I have been contacting them almost everyday and all the time they keep on telling me that they have escalated the matter and a consultant will contact me shortly....I am so disappointed worst service ever!
