Lost parcel/Lost business

I am still waiting for feedback for my lost parcel, I dropped my parcel on the 21 November and got confirmation that my parcel was logged but there are no updates. Sent a query via the bot and chatted to about 10 consultants who kept on saying the same damn thing, they are still investigating, the ETA no updates, I literally have to do the follow ups myself, its now 3 weeks later and still nothing, I had to send my client another order at my expense which is frustrating to say the least! Can someone please look into this and provide answers! This is my tracking number *** and my case number CSS/1124/613 in case anyone care to assist
