Lost parcel, untraceable.

I wish i could give zero stars!! Paid for a drop box service at Pick n Pay Kloof on Thursday 28th May before cut off time. Pick n pay staff advised that they are reliable and collect everyday. This parcel was meant to be receipted by my customer the next day (Friday) before 12 as per Aramex terms and conditions. My customer did not receive parcel. at 5pm on friday we traced online but tracking number shows as "invalid" it cannot be traced. It's now Monday, still untraceable. I inboxed the Aramex facebook page twice with no reply, I eventually called customer support. according to customer support (phonecall at approx 11am today) the parcel hasnt been collected from Pick n Pay because of lockdown and pick n pay should have told me that (look how aramex pass the buck) and apparently its on their website that there are delays (convenient excuse as well!!! Customers don't look at a website when standing inside a pick n pay paying for service!!! might I add, i have just checked the link for store to door service and there is no mention of delays) according to customer care the drop boxes are only cleared every second day. So if my parcel was dropped thursday, and they didn't collect thursday, then surely the friday should have been the collection day. Guess what, its MONDAY and still no collection according to customer support. Never mind the audacity of the customer support agent who kept cutting me off whilst i was talking! the phone calls are recorded, I suggest management pull that recording and listen to how your staff deal with irate customers! So now i sit.... my customer has cancelled her order, my goods are nowhere to be seen or found or anything and I when I asked for a refund both aramex and pick n pay imply its not possible. so what do I do??? To anyone reading this, AVOID aramex!! it will mess with your business reputation. Pay the extra money for decent on time service with another service provider like The Courier Guy or Fastways
