Lost parcel, poor service

My parcel has been stuck in their warehouse since the 13th of August, I've been calling almost everyday since the 15th, sending emails and no one bother to contact me till yesterday when I asked to speak to a supervisor, suddenly someone called saying that my parcel is lost. It took them two full weeks without any communication to tell me that my parcel is lost! DBP*** that's my tracking number
