Lost Parcel - No Response

I ordered a parcel over the internet from China. They have sent the parcel with Aramex couriers. On Wednesday 21 October 2015 the parcel was delivered to me during office hours. When I went home, I opened the parcel and realized that it is not my parcel. My WAYBILL Number was stuck onto this parcel. I opened all documentation and found out that this parcel belongs to a guy in Cradock, EC. That parcel was sent with DPE and somehow got mixed up with my WAYBILL number that was sent with Aramex. I contacted Aramex Port Elizabeth the next day (22/10/2015) to report this problem. Up to today, I still dont have any progress on where my parcel is. I have phoned several times and every time the agent replies: We will get back to you shortly. How long does it take to find a parcel that got mixed up? Surely there must be a track record of parcels that came in and went out. This is totaly unacceptable.
